Allocation Master List Legend

Account Number: The current TMAS account number.

Treatment: How the account was treated in the allocation. Values include:

"Excluded" The account was not considered in the allocation

"Included" The account was included in the allocation.

"Pending Motion" A motion concerning this account remains pending before the court.

Note: In order to ensure that assets were not double counted, investment advisor custodial accounts that have a related IRA account were automatically excluded from the allocation calculation. Thus, the allocation will be calculated and applied to the related IRA account, not the custodial account. Account holders with investment advisor custodial accounts that have a related IRA account are advised to search for both account numbers to determine their ultimate treatment in the allocation. For instance, the custodial account could have a treatment as "Excluded" where the related IRA account has a treatment of "Included." It should be understood that the exclusion of a linked custodial account does not necessarily mean the related IRA is also excluded.

Statement Used: The source of account asset information used for the allocation for included accounts. Values include:

"March 99" Account values derived from an available March 1999 statement.

"December 98" Account values derived from December 1998 TMAS records.

"April 2000" Account values derived from April 2000 TMAS records.

Note: Where assets for a current TMAS account were confirmed to have transferred from another account on the TMAS system (a "Transfer From" account), the Transfer From account was used for the allocation and appears in the Statement Used column.

Partially Excluded Amount: The amount excluded from the allocation per court order.
