Thursday, November 30, 2000: Court Approved the Sale of the Trust Business of Intrust to Millennium Trust Company

On November 29, 2000, the Court approved the sale of the trust business of Intrust to Millennium Trust Company. It is anticipated that the sale will close on December 1, 2000 at which time Millennium will assume responsibility for all of Intrust's business. Friday, November 17, 2000: Notice Regarding Bidding for Purchase of Intrust

Interested parties are hereby notified that the Receiver did not receive any written offers to purchase Intrust's business from any qualified bidders that were superior to the offer that has been made by MTC, LLC, later to be named Millennium Trust Company LLC ("Millennium"). The deadline set by the Court for submission of superior offers expired on November 17, 2000 at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Accordingly, the Receiver intends to seek Court approval of the sale of Intrust's business to Millennium pursuant to the Purchase and Assumption Agreement filed with the Court at the hearing set for November 29, 2000 at 1:00 p.m.

Thursday, November 16, 2000: $1,000 Release of Holiday Funds

On November 8, 2000, Judge Jones ordered that account holders may withdraw up to $1,000 from their accounts for holiday purchases. Please note that this is a one-time only request. Furthermore, these "holiday" withdrawals are subject to the Court's existing Orders which place restrictions on the amount of Pre-Close Cash that may be withdrawn (i.e., up to 30%) and Pre-Close Trust Assets that may be withdrawn (i.e., up to 50%). In addition, please be advised that the monthly cap and all other restrictions for hardship distributions still apply. All other requests for funds will be treated as a regular hardship request and must meet the standards in the Court's prior rulings regarding hardship requests.

In order to obtain the court approved holiday distribution of up to $1,000 the following procedures must be followed. Requests can be submitted via facsimile (with the exception of wire transfer requests), but must be confirmed by mail.

Individual Retirement Accounts-An IRA distribution request form must be completed along with a description that the funds will be used for "Holiday Purchases." Click here to download this document [Traditional IRA Form] or [Roth IRA Form]

Non-Retirement Custodial Accounts-An account holder may a.) send a letter requesting a holiday distribution, or b.) complete a Custodial Distribution Form. Click here to download this document [Custodial Distribution Form]

All requests will be processed within the ordinary course of business.

Tuesday, November 14, 2000: Receiver Posts Status Update Regarding Post April 23, 1999 Net Deposits

On November 8, 2000, the Court requested that the Receiver post a status update on Intrust's website pertaining to the identification of account holder deposits made after April 23, 1999.
